Richard Burgmeier MD founded Perfect Skin Laser Center in Feb. 2000 with the goal of offering the most advanced laser and skin treatments available. Rosacea, which usually emerges on the face, is characterized by redness, swelling, enlarged blood vessels, and acne-like pimples and bumps.
